PURPOSE:To manufacture a synthetic resin nut component to improve the strength of contour to the force of rotation and eliminate the generation of collapse or damage to an edge of a side face of contour and provide its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION:A component is provided with a screw hole 2 and a contour 5 provided with a plurality of faces 5a formed extensively along the axial direction of the screw hole 2, and the releasing and manufacturing method is provided. Long fibers are oriented along the axial direction of the screw hole 2 in the vicinity of the screw hole 2, while long fibers are oriented in the peripheral direction along the contour in the vicinity of the contour 5. |
