PURPOSE:To easily perform the register work by collectively registering plural pairs of call words peculiar to a user and corresponding converted words in a user dictionary. CONSTITUTION:When a document where call words peculiar to the user and converted words correspond to each other is generated, a call word/input word discriminator 4 discriminates a call word/input word in accordance with a discrimination flag added to data in the document and temporarily stores it in a call word/input word buffer 7; and when a pair of a call word and an input word are stored in the call word/input word buffer 7, a call word/input word register part 9 registers stored data in the user dictionary. |
