PURPOSE:To execute a rotational processing of larger image information than image information which can be stored in an image storage area. CONSTITUTION:Based on size information of input image information inputted from an input device 1, an image expanding part 2 expands it to divided image information being a divided unit of a rotational processing, and an image storage area comparing part 3 decides whether this expanded divided image information is larger size than prescribed storage size required for the rotational processing or not. Subsequently, when a result of this decision is larger size, a resolution converting part 4 executes a resolution convertion at a reduction rate for reducing it to the prescribed storage size or below. Also, an image rotating part 7 executes a rotational processing of the converted image information, and an output control part 8 outputs this image information subjected to rotational processing to an output device 9. |
