<p>PURPOSE:To select animal cells in a state of living cell without damaging cells in selection and separation of animal cells transduced with a gane. CONSTITUTION:Cells having a gene of an enzyme to catalyze bioluminescence, one of cell marking, such as luciferase of firefly, integrated with a gene to express under a control of a promoter of chicken B-actin in chromosome are selected by utilizing light released by luciferase luciferin reaction without damaging survival.</p> |
