<p>PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing man-hours for assembling an insert, and reduce the cost. CONSTITUTION:An insert 5 is inserted at an inner circumference of a pipe 2 for reinforcement for the pipe 2. The insert 5 has an outer diameter formed to be a little larger than an inner diameter of the pipe 2, and a slit 6 is provided along the whole length of its circumferential wall. For inserting the insert 5 into the pipe 2, therefore, it is pressed into the pipe 2, reducing the outer diameter of the insert 5, while clearance of the slit 6 is contracted by elastic deformation.</p> |
