<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a device to dry quickly by feeding sewage sludge in a microwave oven, emitting microwaves under the vacuumized state and drying the sewage sludge while liquefying and removing malodrous vapor in gas sucked by a vacuum pump by means of a condenser. CONSTITUTION:Sewage sludge 4 is placed on a material container 3 in a microwave oven 1. The microwave oven 1 is vacuumized by driving a vacuum pump 5, and vapor in gas sucked from the inside of the microwave oven 1 is removed by operating a condenser 6. As the inside of the microwave oven 1 is in the vacuumized state and its boiling point is lowered, water content containing malodorous components is evaporated quickly from the surface of sewage sludge 4, and the sewage sludge 4 is dried almost without temperature rise. On the other hand, the gas exhausted out of the vacuum pump 5 is exhausted after the vapor containing the malodorous components in the gas is liquefied and removed by the condenser 6.</p> |
