<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a rolled stock meandering controller which can control meandering with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:When draft position references of draft position controllers 17, 18 which control rolling reduction driving device 5, 6 arranged at both side positions of a mill are corrected by draft position leveling quantity to control meandering and meandering quantity detecting means 101, 102 detect the meandering quantity of a rolled stock on the outlet side of the mill, a leveling quantity calculating means 106 inputs the detected meandering quantity and carries out at least one of each operation of proportion, integration and differentiation to calculate a draft position leveling quantity, on the other hand, when tension detecting means 7, 8 detect the respective tensions on both sides of the rolled stock on the inlet side of the mill, a deviation calculating means 9 calculates a deviation of tension, a gain calculating means 104 requires a proper gain of a leveling quantity calculating means 106 with a detected meandered quantity and a calculated deviation of tension as a fuzzy variable through a fuzzy operation and a multiplication means 105 regulates the gain of the leveling quantity calculating means 106 through the calculated gain.</p> |
