<p>PURPOSE:To control the residual number of parts in each parts box partially used so simply and accurately without fail by installing a code printing means which prints the residual number of parts at each part inserting part read by a read means, to a printer with each of designated codes. CONSTITUTION:The residual number of parts at each part inserting part is loaded onto a parts residual number grasping means of automatic mounters A<1>, A<2>,... with only each of code reads E1, E2...En applied to respective parts where the number of parts being stored in each parts box is printed by each designated code with a loading means. In addition, when operation of the automatic mounter is suspended and the parts box in a state of being partially used is removed out of the automatic mounter, the residual number of parts at each part inserting part is printed with the designated code by a printing means B4 through a printer.</p> |
