PURPOSE:To provide an 0-ring fitting device preventing a breakage of the O-ring by its displacement and simplifying the constitution of a placing base. CONSTITUTION:An O-ring holding member for holding an O-ring 20 on the outer circumferential surface, an O-ring guide member for moving the O-ring on an 0-ring placing base 31 on the O-ring holding member 5 side, and an O-ring fitting member 10 for pressing the O-ring 20 moved on the O-ring holding member 5 on a work side and installing it to the work are provided. The O-ring placing base 31 has a plurality of radially extending tooth parts 31b. Further, on the upper end of the tooth parts 31b, a protruding part 31c for holding the 0-ring 20 by its inner circumferential surface and positioning it is provided. The O-ring guide member has a plurality tooth parts 6a capable of gearing with the tooth parts 31b. On the outer circumferential surface of the tooth parts 6a of the O-ring guide member, a convergent taper surface P2 for extending the O-ring 20 placed on the O-ring placing base 31 3t the time of gearing and moving it on the O-ring holding member 5 side is formed. |
