PURPOSE:To provide a black aluminum nitride sintered body ensuring satisfactory blackness and nearly free from irregular color and pores. CONSTITUTION:This black aluminum nitride sintered body is based on aluminum nitride and contains 0.5-5wt.% (expressed in terms of calcium oxide, barium oxide or yttrium oxide) at least one kind of sintering aid selected among compds. of calcium, barium and yttrium and >=0.1wt.% ammonium chromate, ammonium vanadate, ammonium tungstate, ammonium molybdate or a mixture of them as a colorant.. |
