PURPOSE:To obtain the subject promoter expressed by a specific deoxyribonucleic acid base sequence, useful for productions, etc., of bioactive materials and excellent in productivity by using B lymphocyte being easy of a high density cultivation in suspension as a host for introducing a gene. CONSTITUTION:The deoxyribonucleic acid base sequence of the objective promotor is expressed by the formula. Here, the base sequence or a part of it is connected to an optional vector and is used for introducing a gene to carry out gene expression in cultivated cells which are B lymphocytes or cancerated B lymphocytes. |
