<p>PURPOSE:To provide a golf club set with the distance between the neck axis and the shaft axis gradually larger from the short side to the long side or larger in steps by displacing the shaft axis from the neck axis within the allowable range of the rule, and changing the displacement quantity according to the club number. CONSTITUTION:The position of the neck section 4 of a club head 1a is made nearly equal to that of the conventional club head, the shaft axis X is displaced from the neck axis Y within the allowable range of the rule, and the displacement quantity L is changed according to the club number. The shape of a hosel 2 is formed into a hook shape, i.e., crank shape, the fitting side of a club shaft 3 is faced to the center of gravity side of the club head, thus the shaft axis X is displaced from the neck axis Y. The long side club of a golf club set is made easy to drive, and the just meet probability can be improved to nearly the same degree for all club numbers.</p> |
