<p>PURPOSE:To provide the deodorant which is not deteriorated in deodorization effect by humidity and temp. and for which watersoluble glass is used. CONSTITUTION:Many of the conventional deodorants are unstable to a humidity change and a temp. change and, therefore, the deodorant consisting of a glassy material stable to these fluctuating factors is provided. This deodorant is prepd. by incorporating >=2wt.% Ag2O as an oxide into phosphoric acid glass essentially consisting of >=60mol% P2O5, 10 to 30mol% R2O and 2 to 15mol% SiO2. Then the deodorant having a wide application range capable of dealing with all kinds of the fluctuating factors, such as humidity and temp., for the general malodors of nitrogen compds. and sulfur compds. which are the cause for the general malodors is obtd.</p> |
