PURPOSE:To improve the coating characteristics of a fluorescent substance such as packing, color mixture and residue characteristics. CONSTITUTION:The objective fluorescent substance is obtained by applying a metallic alginate containing at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Zn, Al and alkaline earth metals through at least one water-soluble binder selected from the group consisting of gum arabic, gelatin, polymethacrylamide and polyvinyl alcohol to the surfaces of fluorescent substance grains. |
