GREASE FOR SLIDING CONTACT

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a grease for sliding contact, having various properties required to a grease for sliding contact generating electric arc in the opening and closure, effective for improving the ON-OFF durability of a switch and colorable without deteriorating the above properties. CONSTITUTION:The objective grease for sliding contact contains 100 pts.wt. of grease containing a synthetic hydrocarbon oil as a base oil, 0.2-3.0 pts.wt. of one or more kinds of inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of <=0.6mum and selected from zinc oxide fine particles, iron sesquioxide (Fe2O3) and a clay mineral forming magnesium oxide (MgO) by high-temperature pyrolysis, 3-20 pts.wt. of lithium 12-hydroxystearate and 0.1-5.0 pts.wt. of a phenolic and/or amine-type primary antioxidant.
