<p>PURPOSE:To reduce noise by vibration by detecting a vibration mode transmitted inside a conduit, and inputting vibration to offset the vibration mode to a conduit system. CONSTITUTION:A pump 2 as a primary vibration source is installed in the middle of pipings 1 for composing a conduit system, and a vibration sensor 3 comprising a vibration acceleration pickup is installed to an outer circumferential surface of the pipings 1 close to the pump 2. An electromagnetic exciting means 4 as a secondary vibration source is installed on the pipings 1 apart from the vibration sensor 3 for a specified distance, and an error sensor 5 comprising a vibration acceleration pickup for composing a second vibration sensor is installed on the pipings 1 apart from the electromagnetic exciting means for a specified distance. The vibration sensor 3, the electromagnetic exciting means 4, and the error sensor 5 are electrically connected to a digital filter 6 as a control means.</p> |
