PURPOSE:To produce a surface cured resin plate having extremely improved surface state, hardness and adhesiveness with small capital investments by pasting a tape coated with an ultraviolet-curing resin to a resin plate at <=a fixed temperature and irradiating the tape with ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION:In applying an ultraviolet-curing resin to one side of a transparent sheet to give a transfer tape, sticking the transfer tape to a resin plate by rolls under pressure, irradiating the transfer tape with ultraviolet rays and curing the ultraviolet-curing resin to form a cross-linked and cured layer on the surface, the sticking of the tape to the resin plate under pressure is carried out at the surface temperature of the resin plate of >=100 deg.C. Urethane acrylate is used as a curing agent. A PET film or nylon film is used as the transparent sheet and an acrylic resin plate is preferable as the resin plate. |
