PURPOSE:To provide a clean container wherein leaching out of fine particles and impurities into the contained chemicals is unchanged in comparison with the conventional product and is extremely small and which exhibits excellent chemical resistance, enough mechanical strength and meets satisfactorily with the latest severe international standard related with a carrying container for dangerous chemicals, and a method for molding it. CONSTITUTION:The title container is made of a mixed resin consists of 30-95wt.% polymer (a) with a wt. average mol.wt. of at least 200,000, a density of 0.940-0.970g/cm<3> and a melt index (JISK6760) of at most 0.09g/10min and 5-70wt.% polymer (b) with a wt. average mol.wt. of at least 30,000-200,000, a density of 0.930-0.970g/cm<3> and a melt index (the same JIS) of 0.1-1.0g/10min. The clean rate of the polymer (b) is less than 300 pieces/ml. For preparation, 30-95wt.% polymer (a) and 5-70wt.% polymer (b) are mixed and blow molding thereof is performed. |
