PURPOSE:To obtain a fiber-reinforced resin composition, having a smooth surface, a low linear expansion coefficient and excellent initial surface smoothness and capable of maintaining the surface smoothness even after carrying out the heat treatment and providing films excellent in brightness after coating. CONSTITUTION:The objective fiber-reinforced resin composition having a smooth surface is obtained by blending a thermoplastic urethane resin with 5-30wt.% glass fiber having <=1mum average fiber diameter and 5-30wt.% inorganic filler having <=1mum average fiber diameter.
