Method of carrying out for example moisture emigration, polymerization, neutralization, recalcination, impregnation, pigmentation, preservation, reinforcement, cleaning, ionization, sanitation, leaching or soaking on materials, such as mineral, metallic and biological materials. The material according to the method is exposed to a cyclic negative pressure, at the same time as a treatment medium suitable for the treatment is supplied. A device for carrying out this method has an enclosure (2) for enclosing or covering an object or a part of an object which shall be treated, means (1) for sealingly delimit the enclosure from the surroundings, so that a negative pressure can be maintained inside the enclosure, and means for creating a cyclic negative pressure inside the enclosure. |
