The object of the invention is to reduce the costs and the time taken for construction whilst improving the quality. Method, consisting in constructing residential, industrial, etc. buildings using elements made of reinforced concrete or the like including the insulation, it being possible for the outer and inner linings of the latter to be fitted subsequently, the openings, assembled together by expediently arranged means ensuring their mechanical continuity, being capable of being superposed, laid on flat ground, floors, but more generally on foundation blocks and, in this case, the said elements include an incorporated longitudinal member 18 at their base, having a cavity 35 and a heel 17 on which the floor elements 20 rest. <IMAGE> |
