The device for drilling holes in vertical surfaces with an upper accessible horizontal edge, e.g the alloy side panels of a truck includes a rectangular frame with rollers in one short side such that the frame can hang vertically down the side of the surface to be drilled from its upper edge. The lower short side also has rollers to space the frame away from the surface. The two longer (vertical) sides of the frame carry a crosspiece with a horizontally-sliding member onto which an electric drill is clamped. A fork-shaped handle is used to control drill movement. An alternative design has a frame pivoting on a girder using just two upper rollers. ADVANTAGE - Simplifies procedure for drilling multiple holes in a vertical panel.
