PURPOSE:To obtain permanent magnets with ornamental taste by annealing a material in a rod shape and the like obtained from the raw material of an Fe-Cr-Co series spinodal decomposition-type magnet, and aging the material after the torsional machining and solution treatment. CONSTITUTION:A raw material of an Fe-Cr-Co spinodal decomposition type magnet is desolved, and an ingot is obtained by forming a block. The ingot is hot- worked to obtain a plate-shaped or rod-shaped material. After the material is annealed at a specified temperature, torsional machining is performed, solution treatment is carried out, and aging process is made. By this method, said permanent magnet can be readily manufactured with an ordinary bending machine. By providing coupling holes 2 and 2' in a magnet 1, the permanent magnet having ornamental taste can be manufactured. |
