The time (CASH-OUT-TIME) at which the cash item transported by the first transport has reached its end position is monitored (36, 37) and the time (STATEMENT-OUT-TIME) at which the statement item transported by the second transport has reached its end position is monitored. From the difference in times, a new delay time (DELTA-STATEMENT), to start the second transport for the next following transport action, is calculated.
