The computer consists of a rectangular main body with a stepped recess (4) at the front in which a removable keyboard (5) fits, and a hinge mounted display unit (3) forming a lid. In position for storage or transport, the keyboard is located by slotted pegs (12) which engage in slots (16) on each side of the keyboard. On closing the lid, hooks (11) engage in the slotted pegs. Access to the CPU is by a cover (40) beneath which a removable processor is mounted. Upgrade is therefore simplified, and extender cards may be installed. Keyboard supports (18) permit adjustment of the keyboard for optimal ergonomic positioning. ADVANTAGE - Keyboard and inclination of display can be freely positioned for good working arrangement.
