The scooter frame (1) is adjustable to different body sizes by pushing the frame parts into one another in the longitudinal axis. The front individual runners are guidable, and the runners are fixed to a foot traverse which in the horizontal plane is fitted rotatably to the frame. Steering is achieved by rotating the traverse with the feet. Braking of forwards movement is achieved using two brake pedals on the foot traverse. The brake pedals serving as foot supports are rotatably located in the vertical plane. They are held in the upper steering position by spring force. USE/ADVANTAGE - An ice scooter which overcomes the problems experienced with slides or slide shoes.
