The facility finds application in load handling, especially as a load grabbing member of transmanipulators. It provides for smooth operation during work and accurate stopping regardless of the load size. The facility consists of a delivery telescopic unit made up of a stationary (2), middle (6) and upper (9) support and a motor reduction gear group (1). A first chain wheel (3) is mounted eccentrically with eccentricity E to the output shaft of the motor reduction gear group (1). A second chain wheel (4) is seated freely eccentrically with eccentricity E at the opposite end of a fixed support (2). A chain (5) is braced around the first and second chain wheel (3 and 4). The free ends of the chain are attached of a middle support (6). Two chains (7 and 8) mounted on one end to an upper bearer (9) pass through pulling rollers (10 and 11) attached to the ends of a middle support (6) as well as through deviating rollers (12 and 13) attached to the two ends of a stationary support (2) with their other ends mounted to the middle of the middle support (6).
