STAMP FOR COLD PRESS WELDING

The press tool is applied in machine building, electrical engineering and in tool building. It permits to automate a process with a stable technological cycle. The press tool consists of a main plate (1), which mounts a left (2) and a right clamping jaws (3), axially guided along the plate (1). At least four rectangular transverse openings (5) are situated on the main plate (1), which is linked with seats (6) and a bearing separator (7). The lower edges of the axially moving clamping jaws (9) are located in the rectangular transverse openings (5). Longitudinal rectangular openings (10) are shaped in both edges of the main plate (1) and is connected with the seats (6) and the lower parts of axially moving shifting cotters (12). Front longitudinal openings (13) are connected to the seats (6) and are attached to the front sides of the axially moving cotters (12). The clamping (9) and the moving cotters (12) are mounted on a punch holder plate (16) and it is fixed to an upper plate (17). There are inclined openings (14) in the end parts of the left (2) and right (3) clamping jaws, whose internal cavity houses rolls (8).
