PURPOSE:To pressure-weld plural metal plates so as not to deviate them by lancing the plural positions of both side edges of superposed metal plates, bending these in their thickness direction and letting the same contact the section on the opposite side with the lancings as boundaries. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of lancings 3 of L-form when viewed from plane are given to both side edges of the superposed metal plates 1, 2 and the small portions encircled by the lancings 3 are bent respectively upward to make curved parts 4. The bottom edges of the curved parts 4 of the lower metal plate 2 are then contacted with the sections 1a on the opposite side with the portions 3a of the upper metal plate 1 intersecting orthogonally with the transverse direction of the lancings 3 as boundaries. Lancing 3 and curving the small portions encircled by the lancings 3 are simultaneously accomplished by cutting and bending by use of floating die sets, etc. These enable the prevention of the deviation between the upper and lower metal plates 1, 2 at the pressure-welding by rolling. |
