PURPOSE:To center and fix a rolling tool and improve workability and the endurance of the tool by pressing the rolling tool to the axial direction and back surface of a tool support base, which is provided with three reference planes of axial direction, back surface and lateral surface, by means of a wedge and to the side face by means of a clamp lever. CONSTITUTION:At the time of securing a rolling tool 26 to the support base 18 of a rolling device 1, a wedge 32 and screw 33 are removed and a bolt 35 is loosened, thence a clamp lever 34 is put to the reset state where it is held horizontal. Next, the contact surfaces 28, 30, 29 of the rolling tool 26 opposing to the axial reference plane 19, back reference plane 21 and lateral reference plane 22 of the support base 18 are face-contacted. Thence, the clamp lever 34 is shifted so as to cross the back reference plane 21 and the bolt 35 is tightened to align the face to the lateral reference plane 22. Thereafter, the wedge 32 is inserted between the clamping face 20 and tapered face 31 and a differential screw 33 is screwed into the screw hole 35 of the support table 18, then the wedge 32 firmly aligns the face of the tool 26 to the axial and back reference planes 19, 21 and clamps the same there owing to the pitch difference of the differential screw 33. |
