PURPOSE:To contrive improvement in the volumetric occupation rate of a coil conductor by a method wherein a part of the insulating sheet material corresponding to the electric connection part of a coil is cut away, a wall with which the spewing of connecting agent is prevented is provided around the jointed part, and the connection between a jointed part and other jointed part is performed using a conductive bonding agent, thereby enabling to reduce the space required for the connection of the coil to the minimum. CONSTITUTION:A fine pattern coil 7 is adhered using an on-sheet bonding agent 13. The electrically connected part 10a located between the on-sheet bonding agent 13 and the fine coil is cut away by punching by performing a press work and the line in advance as shown by a hole 15 in the diagram. On each electrically connected part 10a, a conductive bonding agent 14 is filled in the holes 12a of each coil conductor facing to the part 10a and the recessed part 12b located around the holes 12a. As the short-circuit generating between the coil conductors can be prevented by spew-preventing walls 11 and 11a, a sufficient quantity of the bonding agent 14, with which the reliability of connection is secured, can be filled. Also, as said electric connection is performed inside the coil laminated body, wasteful space can be eliminated. |
