PURPOSE:To control easily the amplitude of a sawtooth wave voltage by changing the charging current of the 1st capacitor depending on the closing time of the 2nd switching element to reduce power consumption. CONSTITUTION:A transformer 32, the 1st switching element 23, the 1st capacitor 21, the 2nd switching element 23, the 2nd capacitor 31 and a choke coil 30 are provided. Then a power supply 100 is connected to the 1st capacitor 21 to apply the 1st drive pulse PH of a prescribed period to the 1st switching element 33, a sawtooth wave signal is obtained across the 1st capacitor 21, the 2nd drive pulse PW of the same period as the 1st drive pulse PH is fed to the 2nd switching element 33 and the amplitude of the sawtooth wave signal obtained across the 1st capacitor 21 is controlled by changing the pulse width of the 2nd drive pulse PW. |
