发明名称 DUST DIGGER
摘要 Page 2 A vacuum cleaner is known to pick up sand, dust and debris through a process of air movements lifting up dirt. There is currently no know way to be sure that an area of rug is clean, contains dust and dirt or even if the vacuum is picking anything up. In this invention, an audio sensor crystal is used to collect the energy waves of dirt particles that are rebounding from points within the vacuum system where the flow of air changes direction. The inertia of the moving dirt causes it to impact on a wall of a bend. These impacts release small energy waves that can be picked up by a sensor crystal placed at this bend and directed into supporting electronic circuitry that in the presence of these small energy waves activates a red light emitting diode (LED). Inversely, when the energy waves are not present the circuitry defaults to a green LED. In this manner the user need see only that the red light is on to know that dirt is activating the sensor and therefore the area is not yet clean. The user can then choose to continue vacuuming in the area until the green and red lights begin blinking. This blinking shows that only trace amounts of dirt are activating the lights and the area is cleaned to the best of that vacuum's ability.
