PURPOSE:To provide the reloadable optical information recording medium which can stably repeat recording and erasing having a high contrast ratio >=10<6> times. CONSTITUTION:This reloadable optical information recording medium has a substrate, an substrate protective layer which is deposited on this substrate and contains Y2O3, a recording layer which is deposited on this substrate protective layer and is expressed by general formula: [(GeTe)x(Sb2Te3)1-x]100-ASbA. (where A is <20at.% and x is 0.25 to 0.75), an overlying protective layer which is deposited atop this recording layer and contains Y2O3, and a metallic layer which is deposited atop this overlying protective layer. |
