PURPOSE:To provide a word processor which can carry out the editing processing for each paragraph and sentence and also can smoothly back up the polishing of sentences by receiving the morpheme analysis result as an input sentence and detecting the positions of a conjunctive particle. CONSTITUTION:The morpheme analysis is applied to a designated character string, e.g. 'HAJIMETENO BONASU O MORATTA TOKINI KURUMA O KATTA (I bought a car with may first bonus)'. At the same time, the positions of a conjunctive particle and conjunction are detected. In the preceding example sentence, 'TA TOKINI' is equivalent to a conjunctive particle. Then a conjunctive particle expression table is retrieved with the conjunctive particle. That is, an expression conversion rule 'A TA TOKINI' 'B TA TOKI A TEITA' is obtained when the expression table is retrieved with 'TA TOKINI'. Based on this rule, the sentence is converted. That is, a paragraph A 'HAJIMETENO BONASU O MORAU' is replaced with a paragraph B 'KURUMA O KAU' is terms of the order. Then the conjugation and the tense of the predicate are arranged as necessary and then 'TA TOKI' and 'TEITA' are added to the paragraphs A and B respectively. Thus the original sentence is converted into 'KURUMA O KATTA TOKI HAJIMETE NO BONASU O MORATTE ITA'. |
