PURPOSE:To provide a method wherein a table is changed over at high speed in the mounting method, of electronic components, wherein the electronic components are fed to one board from two tables on which feeder have been mounted. CONSTITUTION:The histogram of the number of electronic components P to be picked up from individual feeders 15 on a table A is formed; the electronic components P which have been picked up to a transfer head 3 from the table A on one side are recognized by a recognition part Q1. When it is confirmed that the electronic components have been picked up normally, the number of said electronic components P on the histogram is subtracted. When the remaining number of the electronic components P on the histogram on the table A on one side is reduced, a table T1 on the other side is brought close to a position S1 where the supply of the electronic components on the table A on one side is to be finished so as to prepare for a changeover from the table A. |
