CONSTITUTION:One end of a cylindrical solid electrolyte fuel cell 14 both the ends of which are opened, is communicated with an air supply path 13, and the other end is communicated with an air exhaust path 12. An air conduit tube 21 is provided, which is communicated with the air exhaust path 12, and is penetrated therein with the air supply path 13 kept hermetic, and supplied air is preheated by the heat of excess air passing through the inside of the air conduit tube 21. |
