PURPOSE:To provide the press-to-talk controller which simplifies structure and improves operability. CONSTITUTION:When a press-to-talk switch 1 is turned on, this is detected by an ON detection part 11. When the ON of the switch 1 is detected, a transmission permission part 12 permits transmission. At the same time, an ON time count part 13 starts counting time t1. When an OFF detection part 14 detects the OFF of the switch 1, a comparison part 15 judges whether the time t1 is longer than prescribed time (t) or not. In the case of t1>=t, a transmission inhibit instruction part 16 is operated to inhibit the transmission of speaking. On the other hand, in the case of t1<t, a transmission continuation instruction part 17 permits the continuation of speaking transmission. Thus, either temporary speaking or continuous speaking can be selected by the ON time of the press-to-talk switch 1, and operability is improved. |
