<p>PURPOSE:To generate a box type cursor with simple hardware constitution by utilizing the timing signal sent from a CRT controller. CONSTITUTION:An electronic circuit consisting of a D flip-flop circuit, a NAND circuit, an EX-OR circuit, an OR circuit, an inverter, etc., generates vertical and horizontal cursor signals(VCS, HCS) (8) and (17) and vertical and horizontal display area control signals(VCAS, HCAS) (20) and (9); and the VCSs (8) and (17) and a ground level G are inputted to selectors (a) (14) and (b) (15) and the VCAS (20) and HCAS (9) are inputted as control signals; and a selector (c) 16 obtains a video cursor mixed signal (26) together with a video signal (25) and displays the box type cursor and video signal on a CRT.</p> |
