PURPOSE:To simply check a fault such as a rapid charging discharge circuit or the like by measuring a capacitor voltage in the circuit provided with a CMOS inverter circuit, a capacitor, a rapid charging circuit and a rapid discharge circuit or the like so as to compare the voltage with an output of the inverter circuit. CONSTITUTION:The noise eliminating circuit consists of CMOS inverter circuits 3, 4, a capacitor 5, a rapid charging circuit 6 and a rapid discharge circuit 7 or the like. A voltage at a node Po being a voltage across the capacitor 5 is observed and measured by a Schmitt trigger inverter 8, the result of measurement and an output of the inverter 4 are compared by an exclusive OR circuit 9 and the result is monitored by a monitor 12. Then a prescribed pulse signal corresponding to a fault in the circuits 6, 7 and a broken wiring is monitored and a fault in the rapid charging circuit 6 and the rapid discharge circuit 7 and the broken wiring or the like is simply checked. |
