CONSTITUTION: The cylindrical optical recording medium is provided with a photosensitive resin film layer removed by a light beam and storing information on its peripheral surface. In addition, the characteristic of the device driving the recording medium is being provided with a constant speed motor 109 rotating the recording medium at a fixed speed, a pickup 111 recording and reading information on the peripheral surface of the recording medium, and an information processing circuit supplying information to record for the pickup 111 and processing information read by the pickup 111. |
