PURPOSE:To use a capacitor with small capacity for a smoothing element. CONSTITUTION:A capacity increasing circuit 13 is connected as a smoothing element between a regulator circuit 10 and a terminal equipment circuit 11. The equivalent capacity C of the circuit 13 observed from an output VDD of the circuit 10 becomes C+(R3/R2).C2. When it is defined that the resistance value of a resistor R is 1kOMEGA, the resistance value of a resistor R3 is 10.0OMEGA and the capacity of a capacitor C2 is 100nF, the equivalent capacity C becomes 10muF, the capacity of the capacitor C2 to be used for required capacity can be reduced to about 1/100.
