<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the warning function by detecting the mobile object tracking accuracy and, at the same time, using the tracking accuracy for calculating the probability of proximity and, when the probability becomes higher than a fixed level, issuing an alarm. CONSTITUTION:Digitized 3 data inputted from a radar are processed by means of a tracking processing section 5 and preserved 11 and, at the same time, a model expression of locus is calculated by using data of past N times. An accuracy detecting section 13 calculates a deviation from the model expression and fluctuation of an input value when the latest position is inputted. A proximity calculation processing section 7 selects a pair of airplanes which have a possibility of proximity each other based on tracking information (parameters of the model expression and coordinated positions) from the section 5 and discriminates whether or not both airplanes approach each other in horizontal plane, altitude, and time from the flying courses, speeds, altitudes, and altitude changing rates of the airplanes. Then the section 7 discriminates that the possibility of proximity is large and outputs 8 an alarm when a discriminating value obtained by adding the distance between both airplanes when they are most closely approach each other and to sum of their deviations is smaller than a fixed parameter value.</p> |
