PURPOSE:To permit a visual/auditory senses handicapped person to have a conversation with an opposite party without using visual/auditory senses and talk ability and without altering an opposite telephone set. CONSTITUTION:A telephone set 1 for transmitting an opposite telephone number, and an incoming signal radio transmission equipment 3 transmitting an incoming call transmitted from the opposite telephone set 13 are provided. The incoming signal transmitted from the incoming signal radio transmission equipment 3 is received by a pocket terminal equipment. When the pocket terminal equipment 4 receives the incoming signal, it informs the visual/auditory senses handicapped person of it by vibration. Braille inputted from a braille input keyboard 9 is converted into a sound signal and it is transmitted to the opposite telephone set 13. A content transmitted from the opposite telephone set 13 as the sound signal is converted into a digital signal and is outputted from the braille printer 8 as braille. |
