<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a resistor network element in which a size is reduced and electric characteristics are stabilized. CONSTITUTION:A method for manufacturing a resistor network element has the steps of forming a large-sized insulating board 10 in which rectangular regions 11a, 11b are divided into a plurality by longitudinal and lateral break lines 12a, 12b, forming a common electrode 2 on one side of opposed long sides of the regions 11a, 11b and a plurality of individual electrodes 3a, 3b,... on the other sides, and forming resistor films 4a, 4b,..., between the electrode 2 and the electrodes 3a, 3b,... Particularly, the side of the lines 12a of the electrode 2 is so formed to have zigzag parts X, Y to avoid the electrodes 3a, 3b.,... of the adjacent region 11b.</p> |
