PURPOSE:To provide an SOFC fuel electrode which prevents the reduction of the electron conductivity and catalytic activity of a fuel electrode film caused by the reduction of metal components in a cermet film, firmly adheres to the electrode, and also has excellent battery characteristics and stability thereof, when the SOFC fuel electrode is manufactured by baking the cermet film on the electrolyte film at high temperatures. CONSTITUTION:A cermet film 2 comprising a fuel electrode constitutes of ceramics comprising an electrolyte film 2, similar ceramics, and a metal and has a concentration gradient for metal components in the thickness direction with the smallest concentration of metal components present on the surface side of the electrolyte film 1. |
