PURPOSE:To provide a light emitting diode device which can perform the control of the output of the emitted light accurately by making it in such structure as to provide a light receiving element in the position where it does not shade the output light inside a device. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element 1 is mounted directly on a lead 3, and is bonded to the lead part 4 through a bonding wire 5, and this assembly is molded with epoxy resin 2. And, the surface of the epoxy resin 2 opposite to the light emitting face of this light emitting element 1 is a rotating paraboloid 11, and a reflective layer 6 is made at the surface part of this rotating paraboloid 11, excluding the apex part 12 of the rotating paraboloid 11. And, an armor 13 is provided outside of the rotating paraboloid 11, and a light receiving element 14 for detecting the output of the emitted light is provided in the position where it receives the light which has permeated the apex part 12 from the light emitting element 1 on this armor 14. |
