PURPOSE:To obtain a video image after a relevant scene continuously and immediately without impairing timewise sequence within a prescribed elapsed time when a scene of a video image is momentarily overlooked or desired again. CONSTITUTION:When a user overlooks a scene of a video image 503 or desires to obtain again, a signal selector switch 105 is used to select a delay video signal 106 as a video input signal 107. The user observes a delay video signal 106 including a relevant scene through the video image 503. A video image of a prescribed time is observed by using the delayed video image and overlook of a scene is prevented.
