PURPOSE:To reduce operational force required for ejecting an IC card and to open the side face parts of the main body of the equipment for arranging extended function parts while suppressing the enlargement of the main body of the equipment. CONSTITUTION:When an IC card 100 is put on a card slide board B and pushed in while being abutted to a bent piece 44, sliders C, C integrated with the card slide board B shrinks a pair of right and left compression springs D, and stores energizing force. In the state of connecting the input/output terminal of the IC card to a connector 24, pawls 50a for lock of a rising element 50 for lock are engaged to the lock recessed parts of arms 62 in a lock mechanism F and locked. When a manipulating knob 72 of a lock cancel manipulator is slid, the lock state is canceled, and the energizing force of the compression springs D appears so as to pull the input/output terminal out of the connector 24. The lock mechanism F and the lock cancel manipulator G are arranged at a central part on the back of the main body of the equipment.
