<p>PURPOSE:To attain a planning task cooperative with a user by systemizing the production planning task that is hitherto difficult to be systemized by a conventional mathematical planning method, by using effectively the experiential rules of the planning experts to prevent the explosion of combinations due to the derivation of a solution, and by using a graphic display means. CONSTITUTION:A knowledge control part 2 codes and stores the knowledges of the limitations, the planning procedures of the planning experts, etc., to be taken into consideration for planning against the production requests including the quantity and the time limit of delivery of the parts stored in a production request part 1. Then a production planning part 4 makes a plan through the part 2. A user interface part 5 confirms and controls the planning process and result based on the results displayed graphically. Meanwhile a production control part 3 controls the production based on the decided plan and feeds the production result back to the part 4 in order to ensure a dynamic scheduling job in response to the progress of production.</p> |
